Berry Oat Bake (No Added Sugars, Healthy Breakfast)
March 7, 2022 • Breakfast, Recipes • breakfast, dairy-free, no sugar added, oats • No comments
This berry oat bake is simple to make, super healthy and perfect for breakfast or an afternoon snack! There is no added sugars, it’s just sweetened with maple syrup. I like to heat it up when I eat it and top with a bit of maple syrup or honey. Feel free to swap out the frozen berries for another type of fruit if you’d like! You can also make this gluten-free if you use gluten-free oats.
